I work an extremely flexible schedule Wednesday through Friday as well as every other Tuesday and Saturday! Please keep in mind, that I am only one person, and with that being said, I just ask that you be patient with me when it comes to responses. I will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. You will get a reminder 48 hours prior that will need confirmed. If failure to confirm appointment by the day of scheduled appointment with no contact made, will result in the appointment being canceled, and the fee will be charged. A fee of 30% of service booked WILL be charged to the card on file in the event of a last minute cancel or no-show without a 24 hour notice. If you are running 15 minutes passed your scheduled appointment time, and the service cannot be performed in the remaining time before the next client shows, your appointment will be canceled and a late fee of $15 will be charged before rescheduling. In certain circumstances, and under certain situations, a fee of 30% of service booked can be charged in the event of showing up over 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment without intent to reschedule. Continuously failing to be compliant to this policy will result in having to put a 30% of service booked deposit down prior to booking another appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you happen to not show up, but does go towards the appointment cost if you do. All services once performed are non-refundable. I will always make sure that you are satisfied no matter the circumstance, and will right my wrongs if that becomes the case. However, once time and product has been used, the service cannot be refunded. I will always respect your time. These policies are in effect to ensure that my time is being respected in the same way.
