Destiny, A Salon Studio is a Wheeling, West Virginia based salon, offering a wide variety of services including customizable blonding services, lived in color specialty, color corrections, hair extensions, and SO much more. Our mission is to elevate salon experience by combining artistry with intention. We are committed to creating a warm and empowering environment where clients feel seen and celebrated, and where stylist are supported through mentorship, education, and community. By cultivating a culture of authenticity, creativity, and growth, we strive to inspire confidence, connection, and long term sustainability in everything we do. Our online booking service menu is set up to break down every possible option with detailed descriptions and add-on choices. This is to ensure you can find & book exactly what you’re looking for. We can, however, understand how this can be overwhelming. Please reach out if you are confused on what or how what to book. Only existing clients have the opportunity to book easily and conveniently online. All new clients will need to reach out to the salon directly via call or text. We also have a new client form to make it easier! This is to ensure we have communicated your desired results and preexisting hair to better book and allot time for your service. Booking online and having trouble finding an appointment time that works for you? Not all our stylist offer online booking and the ones who do, don’t always have every available option posted. Please feel free to reach out at any time via text or socials to ask about specific availabilities that may not be showing online or add yourself to our online Waitlist. We are always open for you to reach out with any concerns or questions. Please keep in mind, that we each have a busy schedule, and do not have an onsite receptionist. A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. You will get a reminder 48 hours prior that will need confirmed. If failure to confirm appointment by the day of scheduled appointment with no contact made, will result in the appointment being canceled, and the fee will be charged. A fee of 30% of service booked WILL be charged to the card on file in the event of a last minute cancel or no-show without a 24 hour notice. If you are running 15 minutes passed your scheduled appointment time, and the service cannot be performed in the remaining time before the next client shows, your appointment will be canceled and a late fee of $15 will be charged before rescheduling. In certain circumstances, and under certain situations, a fee of 30% of service booked can be charged in the event of showing up over 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment without intent to reschedule. Continuously failing to be compliant to this policy will result in having to put a 30% of service booked deposit down prior to booking another appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you happen to not show up, but does go towards the appointment cost if you do. All services once performed are non-refundable. We will always make sure that you are satisfied no matter the circumstance, and will right any wrongs if that becomes the case. However, once time and product has been used, the service cannot be refunded. We will always respect your time and your scheduled appointment. The cancellation and late policies are in effect to ensure that the stylist’s time is being respected in the same way. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the salon directly.

Her goal is for every client to feel confident, comfortable, and truly cared for in her chair and beyond. She does accept online booking, but not all her availability is accessible online. She specializes in blonding services and loves helping her clients achieve their dream hair. Hayley is dedicated to making every guest feel comfortable, heard, and truly taken care of in her chair. Her goal is for each client to leave feeling just as amazing on the outside as they are on the inside. She takes pride in ensuring every detail of your hair is exactly how you envision it.
